Please ensure that the payment is made within the specified period to secure your reservation, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests are welcome to check in at any time with our 24-hour reception service. Standard check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If you anticipate arriving or departing outside these times, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

The Folk takes guest security and comfort seriously; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables. The Folk is also not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the property, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
6. Conduct
We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to both our staff and other guests. Any disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, damage to property, or violations of hotel policies, may result in immediate eviction without a refund. The Folk reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone who engages in inappropriate behavior.
